Must be for in-store pickup. That is the error for online orders, I believe.

You should really put YMMV on the title. First, the price is $50, not $40 that you're title says. Second, the coupon doesn't work for everyone, you need to be able to order it for a pickup, which for example is not available in my case. Also some people may have used this coupon already.

By the way, you may able to use the coupon PAYPAL10 instead, but it also requires a pickup.

EDIT: Okay, I see you added the YMMV.

I'd list it as $50, or $40 with first store-pickup. Claiming the $10 Walmart coupon is just for this deal is misleading.

It's a bit more comfortable, especially if you have bigger hands. Functionally it's the same. If you can apply the coupon and get it for $40, you totally should though. It's never been that cheap before.

I was able to get it just a few minutes ago at Target, for the price of 49.99. Not sure what happened to the Target deal thread, but others, me included, saw that last night, the target sale price that was supposed to be Monday only, appeared at 49.99, then this morning, disappeared for everyone, as online order, or even instore pickup. In my case, there were several left in Albuquerque, NM target. I was going to wait it out, and pick it up this morning, and then it was listed as out of stock every where. I happen to live 1 block away from Target, went just a few minutes ago, they only had one behind the case, it rang up at the sale price that was supposed to start tomorrow. I had to burn thru Target gift card, and a $5 coupon for getting a vaccine booster last week, and even the $5 off coupon worked, even though it excluded "Nintendo hardware".

The Target thread was marked as expired because Target pulled the deal, at least for now. I hope they bring it back tomorrow since it's advertised as a Monday deal on their ad.

Oh.. I didn't realize that. Thanks for the info. I guess that is why I can't find it any more. I just wanted to give people a heads up, that if they did happen to find it instore at a Target, it does indeed ring up at $49.99 today.

The trick is to find a store that has the controller in stockā€”no need for it to be anywhere near you. Set that up as your store, add filler for pickup from that store (use a pickup time a few days out), and the controller for shipping. Use the wowfresh code (must be an account that hasn't used the code before) and check out. Right after checkout, cancel the in-store item and the coupon will be prorated.
