I know it's unethical but I price matched this to bestbuy to get the special aqua blue color (not on sale anywhere) price matched. Somehow he refunded more money so I got it for $40 plus tax

I would never condone return fraud… but these disposable controllers are a joke.

These things are so cheaply made with bottom tier components, unless MS wants to make the warranty process faster. If somebody has 1 controller, you need to figure out a way to get a replacement back to them pretty quickly.
