Aye I've had a v3 mounted through snow, rain storms etc attached to my garage with nothing but the magnetic mount and without additional case and its been absolutely fine. Actually more surprised the wind hasn't blow it off its mount more than being surprised it withstood the precipitation. I also echo night vision on these is superb. Don't forget you can change it to near or far depending on your situation in the advanced settings. Huge benefit to me for monitoring my kids bc one of em was scared of the red lights the v2 had. When I set it to near it doesn't light up at all in the dark and I can still see everything perfectly without the IR lights being on. Pretty amazing really.

Thanks got mine. Best deal on v3's after the pandemic inflation.

Interestingly, when I buy one I get charged 18+tax.

The night vision is really good on these without IR for suburban and urban environments and low light (dusk) situations. I'm happy with them in almost all cases except that I live in a rural area so I need to use IR at night. Bugs set off motion detection like crazy. It's a top requested feature.

The premium features with person/pet/vehicle and package detection are necessary for this type of application.

In for 2 at $25 each, which I think is a great value.

For some reason it was 18 for 1 or 25 each for 2 or more.

I made 4 individual orders as needed 4 for the house. Not sure if they will honor or not. Thanks OP.

I've been reading about these cameras working with tiny cam that I've used with other cams. Any one used their cloud solution?

As far as I can tell, nothing. The box from Petsmart looks the same as my box from Amazon. Maybe Petsmart is just calling them a pet camera.

one of the big reasons i switched to Eufy originally, bug detection out here in the sticks is pretty bad, not grandfathering my person detection beyond V2 was disappointing to say the least.

yup, Starlight sensors are pretty impressive if you have ambient light in your area.

I prefer wyze v3. I have them both. The recording on v3 is so much easier to get access to unless you prefer encrypted which eufy does. Also the night vision on the wyze v3 is better and clearer.
