I have the T and N mint in queen. The center has lost the firmness when compared to the rest of matters. There is also excessive wear on the inside cover. It's been only in service for only three years.

If you are in the market for a mattress you should definitely consider T&N. My kid loved hers so much I ended up buying one for my Mom's place and myself. Recommended.

How does this compare to a Tempurpedic? If at all, it is comparable.

Love this mattress. No regret buying ours back in 2019. If anything it's more comfortable now than it was back then.

Thats an unanswerable questions.
Tempurpedic is a brand with both mid-range and high-end mattresses that feel very different.

For instance, is the top end of Tempurpedic objectively better than T&N in every which way? Is T&N worth it for its price, etc.

Some mattresses are for guest bedroom where are some are worthy of Master bedroom.

Of course everything is subjective and people have their opinions that would be great to hear.

Literally just tried both of them yesterday in store. If you like the 'sink in' feeling, you'd not be disappointed by Temper. However, it is not to say the Mint was bad either.
We're shopping for a new mattress coming off of our 10 yr old spring so both of those felt great. You just need to take in other factors like budget (Mint is $1000ish for a King and Temper starts at $2000) and just whether or not you like it. Strongly recommend you try them in store.

I've had it since 2019 the queen version. Absolutely no complaints from me. Did spill a cup of water a year ago and so far still good. Highly recommend. I bought this for $1k I believe

We have a tuft needle mattress. Had it since around 2017? and it is just like new. Was actually planning on tossing it when we moved but ended up taking it with. Is it worth it? For me it is kinda hard, wife too soft. That is not something the mattress can overcome. Had a select comfort and that wore out in the middle, but our dog loved having his own bed, so it stayed. I'm not sure how/what we will do next.
