Seriously, what did you expect, it was a one day sale and it sold out. It happens. I have missed out on countless deals here by being late to the game. Not a big deal. Get over yourselves and move onto the next deal instead of acting immature by complaining or being butt hurt because they won't bend over backwards for you.
Which is the best of the free phones?
Not only will they be locked to T-Mobile, but don't be surprised by the fact that budget phones like these slice and dice which bands they support based upon the operator which sold them. In other words, this is not the same phone as similarly named model from Verizon, and would have different capacity to support functionality on networks outside of T-Mobile (they're all probably 100% fine enough for AT&T).

Presumably the only reason the LG is on this list is because they've abandoned the Android market. Otherwise, it does not belong in the category of free phone and will surely go out of stock VERY quickly after this deal goes live. The other freebie Samsung phones are somewhere between cruel jokes and OK as a dummy device to run your remote control app.

Good luck!

I have one of those grandfathered plan too so I didn't upgrade my plan. You should be able to "upgrade your line" not the plan, where you can add the phone, and then before you confirm the order, you should see a redlined box says your $400 promotional credit will be pplied as follows:

Recurring bill credit $400.00, $16.67 off your bill for 24 months.

That what exactly it shows. But after that it doesn't proceed with payments. Try different debit cards and nothing. I guest I'll stop. It just reminds me of the Breech T-Mobile has had to keep trying any form of payment. Thanks.

It should have mentioned the $400 promotion with a pink background while you were checking out on the page where it calculates the costs. It should have also mentioned the credits for the next x24 months on the bottom half of the page.
Thanks. Sounds like I'm ***** and need to call/chat asap.

Yeah free A32 and nord n10 one.
You mean the N200 right? Did you do same line with both a Samsung A32 AND a OnePlus N200? I got both of them also, but just one of each and on separate lines. I wasn't bold enough to try multiple EIPs on same line till today.

Try using a desktop browser if you can. Or try requesting Desktop version in your mobile browser and see if that helps any. Otherwise, you might be putting in your info incorrectly. Did you add a billing address if it's not the same as the shipping address?

I have other lines eligible so I tried again and it shows. You log into your tmobile account, where you see your lines. And click on "Upgrade" on your main line, or "upgrade available" on second+ lines...then you click "upgrade to a new phone > ",

Then you find "Velvet 5g" anyway you can..
And then you click "Upgrade my line". Only eligible lines will show up... you click on the line (#)
Then I click "Skip trade-in"
Select "No thanks"
then click "I don't want protection"
And then "skip accessories"

And I get to the summary for this image:

I don't see a max/account limit stated. How many can we get? One each? Did anyone try? I just ordered an LG and that checkout worked fine.

I wish there was a better iPhone deal similar to the Mother's Day promo.

No I have 8 lines. But those lines already have EIP from previous free phones deals like this one.

Was able to upgrade an old Samsung a01 core line to both a free LG velvet 5g AND a Samsung a11 just now both for free + shipping and taxes of course.

Paid $58.52 in shipping&taxes.

Thanks OP!

That's weird. Mine is also a very old grandfathered plan. What I did was search for LG Velvet in the app and click on the device icon it opens up a page that shows "upgrade" and right below that is the "add a line" button. And then just proceeded through the check out process.

In the web browser it just shows me "add a line."
Retried ordering from scratch on my phone and finally realized that the "Add a line" command had dropdown options which included "Upgrade". Then completed the checkout process. Time for some z-z-z-zzz nw.
