Seriously, what did you expect, it was a one day sale and it sold out. It happens. I have missed out on countless deals here by being late to the game. Not a big deal. Get over yourselves and move onto the next deal instead of acting immature by complaining or being butt hurt because they won't bend over backwards for you.
Which is the best of the free phones?
Not only will they be locked to T-Mobile, but don't be surprised by the fact that budget phones like these slice and dice which bands they support based upon the operator which sold them. In other words, this is not the same phone as similarly named model from Verizon, and would have different capacity to support functionality on networks outside of T-Mobile (they're all probably 100% fine enough for AT&T).

Presumably the only reason the LG is on this list is because they've abandoned the Android market. Otherwise, it does not belong in the category of free phone and will surely go out of stock VERY quickly after this deal goes live. The other freebie Samsung phones are somewhere between cruel jokes and OK as a dummy device to run your remote control app.

Good luck!

Shouldn't change anything on the plan. In 2015 we got 4 of the Galaxy Grand Prime free and didn't change our plan. Simple Choice is what we have.

I just had to keep trying - I had the same issue. Often times the T-Mobile app works better than the website too.
True. I had to switch to the mobile app to get it worked. But even with the mobile, there is a trick. Make sure to see a pop-up giving you the choice to upgrade, add-a-line and etc. Otherwise, even on mobile couldn't get the "Upgrade" button to show up. Start with the Account tab, choose upgrade and wait for the pop-up. Otherwise, close and re-open the app again. Thank you!

There shouldn't be any changes. I'm on an old Simple Choice account and made use of similar promotions earlier this year. I did this one too and didn't see anything in the documentation about a change in plan.

I'll also echo the advice to get the Velvet. The A10e and A11 phones, beyond lacking 4G and having low resolution displays, have too little RAM to be usable with modern apps (even browsing in Chrome). They might be okay for single-function usage, like home automation or as a kid's Netflix/PBS video player, but there's really no reason to get them when the Velvet is so much nicer.

It's not about greed people simply don't care about explaining stuff to morons who don't understand simple instructions. Seriously if you cannot buy a smartphone without asking for help you don't deserve a smartphone. Go get a jitterbug from best buy.

Sweet! I guess I can go to sleep then. Woke up at 2am, looked at my phone for deals and jumped on this. Thanks!
I called twice and talked to two different reps. One overseas and one in Birmingham. Both said I have two EIP on the same line at the same time. I guess it's all about keeping the customers.

what plan did you pick? I don't know how to do this and nobody seems to care.
I'm an existing customer with the old T-Mobile One plan. I only upgraded the devices. I don't think they offer the One plan anymore.
