Seriously, what did you expect, it was a one day sale and it sold out. It happens. I have missed out on countless deals here by being late to the game. Not a big deal. Get over yourselves and move onto the next deal instead of acting immature by complaining or being butt hurt because they won't bend over backwards for you.
Which is the best of the free phones?
Not only will they be locked to T-Mobile, but don't be surprised by the fact that budget phones like these slice and dice which bands they support based upon the operator which sold them. In other words, this is not the same phone as similarly named model from Verizon, and would have different capacity to support functionality on networks outside of T-Mobile (they're all probably 100% fine enough for AT&T).

Presumably the only reason the LG is on this list is because they've abandoned the Android market. Otherwise, it does not belong in the category of free phone and will surely go out of stock VERY quickly after this deal goes live. The other freebie Samsung phones are somewhere between cruel jokes and OK as a dummy device to run your remote control app.

Good luck!

That's insane. Genuinely amazed. 3 lines would cost $140 for me, and that's without device payments.
3 lines on Essentials is $90 rn or $120 on Magenta.

You sure you're not on "Select" choice?
I have Select choice fam unl TT 50, and I don't have the discount either.
You're right. I have select choice same as yours. I guess we're not qualified for it then?

Anyone on a select choice unlimited TT 50 plan that was able to get this? I am able to see the LG promotion and everything looks good I see the recurring bill credit etc. except in the fine print I see 'Pricing shown may reflect a future dated rate plan change in effect on you next bill cycle..". This got me worried and stopped Smilie

Getting the Velvet was easy, getting a case however, no. Has anyone found a case that will fit the T-Mobile LG Velvet 5g? All the cases on Amazon seem to obstruct the camera.

How much is resale value? Do I need to do anything to the phone before I sell it?

Called T-Mobile and was on the phone with the guy for 30 minutes. We kept getting an error, so now he's scheduled to call me back in 20 minutes. He wasn't even aware of the promotion but assured me I would get the phone . Good Lord T-Mobile, really? 😂

You'll need to call them, there is nothing in the fine print about changing lines.

I don't know which screen you posted below info from, but you should see the tag on Order Detail page(very first where Velvet image is still there). See my screenshot.

That means you must stay with T-Mobile for 24 months? If you port out, then you are responsible for the remaining cost. With so many promotions, is it really worth it to get stuck with them for 2 years?
