Seriously, what did you expect, it was a one day sale and it sold out. It happens. I have missed out on countless deals here by being late to the game. Not a big deal. Get over yourselves and move onto the next deal instead of acting immature by complaining or being butt hurt because they won't bend over backwards for you.
Which is the best of the free phones?
Not only will they be locked to T-Mobile, but don't be surprised by the fact that budget phones like these slice and dice which bands they support based upon the operator which sold them. In other words, this is not the same phone as similarly named model from Verizon, and would have different capacity to support functionality on networks outside of T-Mobile (they're all probably 100% fine enough for AT&T).

Presumably the only reason the LG is on this list is because they've abandoned the Android market. Otherwise, it does not belong in the category of free phone and will surely go out of stock VERY quickly after this deal goes live. The other freebie Samsung phones are somewhere between cruel jokes and OK as a dummy device to run your remote control app.

Good luck!

Wow! Got this to work on three of my lines, screencapped the "$400 promotional" part just to be safe. Not bad, three phones for essentially 90% off.

Anyway to do this deal on a Sprint plan. My phone is on the t-mobile network with t-mobile SIM but my account is still on the Sprint website

The phone is only available on the T-Mobile website or app and when I try to login it switches me over to the Sprint app or website

Just here to warn everyone, LG Vevlet 5G is a trash phone. Seen it lose all LTE or 5G connection in a good connection area. Tons of people complain on Reddit. It doesn't matter it has better paper specs if it doesn't work.

How do I check to find out if I qualify for this? I have 4 lines and I think not sure that I already have free phones and also the iPhone that I am paying monthly . I know I can't stack two same promo. I called T-Mobile and they know nothing
Go to your account and click on the velvet phone and click upgrade on any line. You will see at the bottom of the checkout with $16.67 promo credit for 24 months if you qualify.

Does Simple Choice qualify for free Rolex? Probably requires you to upgrade your plan...
Quote from Laid2rest :
Are people really expecting a iPhone 13 pro max for free this cyber Monday? Should T-Mobile have thrown in a Rolex watch as well?f
On a more serious note, free is free but man -- $60+ for the LG with shipping and taxes in Cali

Just want to mention for all those saying they don't see the promo when they try to checkout - I chatted CS and they confirmed that even though it wasn't showing when I made the order, the promo was applied, and the rep annotated my account in case I have issues later. That, plus the screenshots and transcript of the convo with the rep made me feel comfortable enough to dive in.

Yuck, I didnt realize the LG uses a Mediatek. I'll take Qualcomm's decades of experience tuning radios for the US market over some small imperceptible amount of faster performance from the Mediatek.

Oh well, free is free $43
Bands are bands, doesn't matter what country. The telecom wireless industry is basically an oligopoly. The same few companies build the infrastructure around the world. MediaTek itself is not an unreliable company. Mediatek is actually the market share leader globally.

Temepered glass typically doesn't work well on curved screens. I just went for a regular screen protector.
