I also contacted them a few days ago and they just got back to me to advise the same thing. CB will be only $5, not the $50 I was hoping. Reason is because it is considered a 'pc accessory', which offered a measly 2% cb, not 'electronics' that offered the sweet 20%.

Screenshot won't help so probably just have to give up your case. For me, think I'm going to return this (if it ever ships) as the CB was one of main reasons for purchase. For those that are considering a return as well, note their return policy states monitors must be in UNOPENED condition.

Yep. Support told me it was all packed up and ready to be picked up yesterday, but they couldn't tell me which company (clearly indicating they haven't even printed labels). Reached out today and zero updates other than saying they've escalated my case and I'll hear back in 24 - 48 hours. Worthless.

This is dumb. Even GameStop considers monitor as electronics. I'm returning mine as well.

Me too. I would have ordered from Amazon or B&H for $10-20 more (during BF) and had mine 12 days ago. Instead, GameStop sat on it for 8 days before putting a label on it. Now it's all jammed up with other Christmas packages, snow/tornado issues (it traveled 400 miles in 5 days, and still has 2100 miles to go for my anticipated delivery date of tomorrow).

fedex reports pending.. lol thats all ive seen the last 5 days... pending what I call the fedex number to check and its saying its in a distribution house some where.... at this point id rather have my money back honestly
