ahhh, never did a PM with BB chat before. working with another agent now... she says the tv isn't eligible.... I requested she look at past chat logs that contradicts her findings... waiting for her to review.
Now wonder their (BB) shares are down %12 after their less-than-stellar 3Q findings...

I suspect that delivery would not have been made until late December if I didn't cancel, so I decided to stick with the Amazon order I placed on Cyber Monday.

This is important if you are buying this for gaming.
You have to turn off FreeSync in the Hisense settings. Then on the Xbox Series X (PS5 does not yet support VRR) turn on VRR. So FreeSync off on TV, VRR on Xbox.
FreeSync and VRR are basically the same thing. Google the comparisons and their meanings.
