FWIW, my accessories (bumper) appeared to be new.
I contacted woot to see what they have to say. I added the surface duo to my Microsoft account and see that the warranty is good till July of next year.
Anyone know how one of those Allstate or Asurion accidental protection warranties from Amazon would apply to this device? Would they consider it a tablet?
Got a response from Woot about the scratched screen, they gave me several options; a partial refund of $60, a full refund, or contacting the vendor to see if they have a replacement (they said they usually don't have replacements). I chose the partial refund, been using it since I received it and while the scratches suck I think I can live with it as it's not on the "home" screen.
