Other than checking in the IMEI, shouldn't we know what they mean? If you have a phone that would, you can't swap it? Strange. I wonder if they mean CDMA phones only?

Just finished getting a couple of these phones. This deal was alive, then expired, looks like it is back again.

They want a phone from you that doesn't work on their service so that you now have a phone tied to their service. Although the phone has been coming unlocked.

Great deal for new phones for the kiddos. Get a referral code and brings the first month price down to $5. Tough deal to pass up!

At Submit Order it shows the phone as being 130.00 and not free even though at beginning of checkout it said Free. Are they putting hold on credit card for full amount?

They used to accept flip phones (I traded in a KaiOS flip phone early last year).

There are rumors that they've gotten more strict with trade-ins. It's up to you whether you want to risk it.

This. I don't want to follow through with the purchase If I will be charged $130+tax for the device. It shows nothing about the swap at the final checkout page. Anyone know what's going on here?

Anyone got this to work with Xfinity? Although unlocked (Tested with Tmo & Cricket), it's not playing nice with Xfinity Mobile for me.

Are you porting your number from another carrier? Required to get the free swap.

Otherwise, you will be charged for the phone if getting a new number from Visible.

Xfinity Mobile is Verizon MVNO, so is Visible. It may have something to do with that.
