Other than checking in the IMEI, shouldn't we know what they mean? If you have a phone that would, you can't swap it? Strange. I wonder if they mean CDMA phones only?
They want a phone from you that doesn't work on their service so that you now have a phone tied to their service. Although the phone has been coming unlocked.
