found lutron caseta dimmers and on/off switches (bundles with screwless faceplate and a pico remote) at Home Depot (Deerfield, IL) on sale from 64.95 down to 49.95. Not reflected on HD's online site. YMMV.

On/off or dimmer? The on/off isn't stocked at my local store, but the dimmer is.
This seems like a dimmer price. The Caseta dimmer, at least this model, does not require a neutral wire, which is great for older homes or a house like mine where the previous owner did a hack DIY job for the basement swtiches. =)
I actually live near Deerfield, IL. I'll have to check it out.

Yep they are the dimmers - I just picked up 3 of these up at my local HD (Willow Grove PA). Not sure if people are getting how good a deal this is - $50 for the dimmer switch, Pico remote, and wallplate - usually $65. No bulk purchase required.
In fairness to your previous owner, the requirement for neutrals in switch boxes is a pretty recent one I have added switched lighting to our bedroom closets over the years, and just did "switch leg" wiring for the switches (no neutrals). It doesn't bother me on closet light switches, as I can see no reason to make those "smart" (although plenty of people do).
Is any of your basement wiring accessible to rerun neutrals, or is it all behind finished walls?
yea P-PKG1W-WH-R is the dimmer version, and P-PKG1WS-WH is the on/off only, seems like a great deal when the package price is the same as the switch only price

The dimmer by itself (included in P-PKG1W-WH) has a bulk price at my HD of 49.97, so for this deal of $49.95 you're getting a free pico remote
edit - the P-PKG1WS-WH also includes the switch, pico, bracket and wall plate

Good call, I only bought the ones that didn't need a neutral.
