Good price but expect battery to fail after 1 year with regular use. Customer service is the worst. If you get lucky, you could get one that is 17-18MPH instead of 15-16MPH
I've had mine for 3 years now and I use it regularly to commute (about 2.5 miles each way) and in the rain as well. I'm on my 3rd set of tires recommend that you place their tube tires with the solid ones! Battery life isn't as good as it was brand new (have to charge every day now) but it has been dead rock reliable. Probably will pick up a 2nd one to be my spare when my 1st does die.
There are so many electric scooters and e-bikes in the market today. Most of these companies will get consolidated or shut down in a few years. Finally all we will be left with is additional e-waste that does not have replacement parts.

optional 2 year Allstate protection plan offered for an extra $39, which states that it covers mechanical defects and normal wear and tear. However, clicking through to the "sample" terms and conditions listed by Allstate for Target transactions, these coverages are not clearly delineated... buyer beware.

This, GoTrax ain't the best, but also not the worst, and for this price is one of the better low-end scooters you can get. Most other budget brands around this price are a lot more trash and/or have solids. Just note they all fib on range. This is probably only going to have a range of 6-8 miles depending on your weight and hills. Top speed might also not be quite that high.

No way for user to replace the battery pack alone?
No way for user to replace the battery pack alone?
Not that I know of. I'm sure that someone on Youtube probably has figured out how. But the replacement to the front motor and the rear brakes are super easy. Making this one of the easier scooters to replace pretty much all the components without any electrical knowledge or know how.
I've had one of these for the past year or so, and use it at motorsport events to get around. Yes, expect the battery to drop noticeably within 1-1.5 years of use.
