I tried redeeming the Apple TV one but it won't let me, apparently the year I got (but almost never used) for buying an isomething is precluding redemption. It's such an awful service in the current state- will people actually pay $5/month to have access to "Ted Lasso" - which seems to be their main selling point? I mean, it's cute in an SNL "fish out of water" way, but hardly "Man in the High Castle" level quality.

I did discover one series worth watching on it- something like "1971, the year that changed music." Really excellently done. But anyone who would give Apple $60/year for this access is nuts- Amazon Studios is head and shoulders above what Apple is putting out, $60 would get you halfway to a full Prime membership.

TV and arcade worked for me, cloud didn't. I have a cloud subscription right now, the others have expired I believe.

I had an Arcade subscription earlier this year that expired around June. I am able to redeem the code and was given 5 months free.

"You're getting Apple Arcade for free until May 3, 2022.
After that, your subscription will automatically renew for $4.99/month until canceled. Cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID at least a day before each renewal date."

Works great. I was a previous subscriber and it worked for all, Tv, Arcade, Music and iCloud. You just can't have an active subscription. If you do cancel it first then the link will activate it.

The same deal is being offered to LG customers. I noticed all week long WebOS on my LG C9 provides an activation code. So if you aren't a target customer but own an LG television, check your WebOS. You might have the same offer
