Thanks for posting. I am interested in a food processor but know nothing about them. Is this one everyone should have or is it more use case specific? I wouldn't use it too often, but rather invest in a good one since I assume I'll have the rest of my life.

Looking at the Amazon price history, this is a good sale for 2021. But till a year ago, $200 was the highest, and often dipped below $150.

(I get it, inflation, and don't have a time machine, just sharing)

Hey, it really depends on what you would need it for. I have been looking at this to make pizza and pastry dough as well as things like homemade nutella and finely chopped salsas or pestos etc. If you're not into that, then this may be something that sits in your pantry unused.

ATK does product reviews that actually give pretty good insight into how they are used most and what they are good at if you're interested:

Haha yep, I think the price went up in the last year, unfortunately. So the base price used to hover around 200 but now it's at 250 so it's essentially the same sale, but a higher base price. I haven't seen a sale on Amazon for more than $20 or so since the price increase though.

Because of the 25%+ increase, I wonder if the real slick deal is just buying a competing brand that didn't raise prices yet. Still a good post though since reviews of this unit look great.
