Not good as BF, but still pretty good. I have 7 of these mining away. Stock settings gets 38mh at 60c.

not really cause power plays nothing, you would under volt your GPU anyway,
the only thing mining cares is just memory speed

This is an 80w rtx 3060. Some people say it can take a vbios update to get 100w+ however, the cooling can't handle 100w on the GPU for long.
