Feels light and cheap (you can tell from just picking up the package. They shipped me a huge box and it's not even a pound) But it's only $32, can't complain. Probably should have went with the one my in-laws got from Costco.
a) Looking in the part that screws onto the pipe in the shower wall
b) Prying out the black gasket with the screen attached - used a bent paperclip
c) Using the bent paperclip to pick out the tiny rubber gasket from the center area of the blue plastic flow restrictor
d) Screwing in a wood screw a little bit into the blue plastic flow restrictor, through the tiny holes on its outer edge
e) Pulling the screw with some pliers - it pulled out the blue plastic flow restricter into which it was embedded
f) Replacing the black gasket with the screen attached
Manual: "Removal of or tampering with the flow restrictor may result in shower-head failure and will void the warranty" (wink, wink, nudger, nudge).

Removed just the o-ring yesterday and woohoo, loving it. The last "rain" setting is just insane!
