This offer is an excellent 90% savings off the standard $9.99 list price for this title.
I have been wanting to play this and you can't go wrong for $0.99, especially considering the game looks to be out of print or at least difficult to find. Thanks for the heads up!
I enjoyed the game as a whole, but no matter the platform, the load times are absolutely unacceptable, especially for this type of game. Apparently it has something to do with loading all of the voice lines for each area whenever you "zone"
Maybe they patched it by now, but it really killed my enjoyment at times.

Never had an issue, but my pro has an SSD installed
This was a really good game to relax with and enjoy. Some creepy moments, but nothing outright scary. There are lots of different endings and the second playthrough legitimately has enough new content to make it worth it, making this one of the few games I've beat twice in the past 5 years.
