This is not what I need, but I am happy to see Walmart has recently taken on Amazon for competition. This is a good news for consumers like us.

I fully agree. Amazon in the last year or so prices have actually been getting high on small items similar to this. I am quite amazed at how far Walmart is going to compete. They shipped so many individual boxes in one order that they are absolutely spending more than they are profiting, but you must invest to win. The 90 day trial Walmart plus membership is helping me get all my Christmas shopping done. Truth is I may end up actually joining that membership depending how things keep going with their deals moving forward

I like Hyper Tough tools. I know they are hyper not tough, but they allow me to have every piece of tools without drain my wallet.
What I do is getting smaller set of good quality PH2 and T25 bits and then a big set of hyper tough.

i have a hypertough mini tool set i've been using since 2010 or so. it's outlived assembling 2 bikes and various household hobbies. the flatheads are worthless though
Same here, they turned out to be worth more than I paid, getting OP set as well.

Are these like "this is going to break very quickly" quality? I don't need a bunch of garage I'm going to end up ruining after 5 uses, but obviously the pricing here is very attractive... Is this a good buy or are there other similar ones I should be looking at for a bit more that are a bit better quality?
I would buy to leave in the car and use in a pinch if need be, install furniture maybe. I would not rely on these to get a job a done that you care anything about. Just my 2 vents.

No. These are hand tools so you won't be able to use it with your drill.
Well that's just incorrect.

Noob question.. does it work with any drill..just got a black and decker drill ..thank you

You will need a cheap 1/4" drive socket adapter [homedepot.com] for a few $ and then they are perfectly usable with your drill.

I have these from last year when it was on clearance for about 5bucks and they're worth to have in the office or car. Not the greatest material but for everyday stuff it's great to have!

That 90 day free trial with no credit card required to charge you later if you forget is great.

But, even with $35 orders, they almost always ship in multiple boxes.

I don't see why the bits and sockets with the adapter would not work in a drill. That said, they don't appear to be impact, so may or may not break with your drill. Then again, most B&D drills do not have that much power.

I don't usually buy junk, but the three various ratchet handles for light duty projects have me intrigued for $6.

I have these - quality seems better than Harbor Freight ones.

Also have some other Hyper Tough, most of them are decent - especially for daily house uses. Those who have bad lucks talking junk are really minority.

I have these and bought another. If you over torque the bits they will bend/twist, but for any light project it gives you about anything you'd need in a compact case.

they are fine if your expectations are reasonable. don't expect to use these bits for construction in chuck attached to a power drill for any amount of time. but for assembling furniture, putting in light fixtures, mounting a monitor to a stand, etc, they are fine and will last you a long time.

Yep, Amazon drivers delivered 2 separate orders last month ON MY CAR, totally unacceptable. Called them both times.

Thumbs Down for price after the $6 shipping fee. Both driver sets are listed as 'shipping only' so no store pickup option exists.

All the TU'ers must be WM+ subscribers or something else is going on...

The 90 day free trial for W+ without a credit card is a much better deal than Amazon Prime that is how expensive if not discounted for Welfare or Student? Personally, I never had a problem reaching the $35 minimum before with consumables and food items like coffee, TP and other paper products, vitamin, mineral and protein supplements, etc.

For years, we have had a more or less junk set like one of these in a kitchen drawer for changing batteries and other things in the house that does not require going out to the garage or truck to pull out a work set ---that also keeps people out of my good tools. I have no idea if they are any good, but warrantied, a set is in my cart.

Note: Without having used, I am not sure I would buy these to put in a vehicle as an emergency set. If that 'emergency' should happen, I want known quality tools that I am confident will get the job done.

There is 3 different sets in it. One of the sets is a precision set and does have bits that may work on some phones. But it definitely not all.

Thank you! I assume it's not iPhone friendly.

I have this exact set. Spent $8 tho in store clearance. I use the bits in my power tools all the time. They are standard size. The handles they come with are great for miscellaneous quick projects or tight areas. This set has saved the day many times. Great variety, comes with the odd bits that you normally don't have on hand.
