1. Claim the codes from StackSocial. The only thing you get from them is a code, not a SIM.
2. Create a new Tello account with a referral code in the box under password.
3. Redeem your StackSocial code in the cart at check out and order the SIM from Tello. Usually, the cost of the SIM also comes off with the code. The last time I got one, the SIM card was mailed from Nashville.
3. Activate the Tello SIM when you are ready to start your year of service.
4. If you are porting a number, you can request the port after you activate. Or you can keep the number provided by Tello.

With two lines, you could put each line on its own account and use the referral from the first account when creating a second account.

Based on the way things read, you will need to buy your own sim separately, unlike the boost deal, but still seems worth it if you can get a sim for less than $10 per sim.

It was very smooth for me, used for almost 6 months.

This deal is for 2 different lines. You get unlimited talk, text and 2gb data per month for 2 lines. So it is about $39.5 for 1 line for 6 months

Darn 30 day redemption requirement. Need a deal for February when my Mint runs out. I'll have to check again over that last month...

Based on the way things read, you will need to buy your own sim separately, unlike the boost deal, but still seems worth it if you can get a sim for less than $10 per sim.

The specs show that sim cards are included.

For those wondering like I did, the Specs tab says "This plan is only available to new users"

This is what I did exactly except that I did not used any referral code and also added two lines under same Tello account. Sim card will be free after selecting the plan and adding new sim and applying the promo code from stacksocial in your tello account

Thank you for the instructions, @ShannonF4392.

How soon do we need to activate the Tello lines after Tello SIMs are delivered?
