Seems like a good price and has decent amount of positive reviews. The WiFi portion of it seems to turn on both plugs at the same time though rather than individually.

wemo is tied with "cync by ge" as the most pita smart switches/plugs/lights that ive dealt with. takes a ton of playing around to get them connected in the beginning... and then when you do get them, they are constantly shown as "not detected" for no reason. for days on end. and then just as mysteriously they will show back up and start working again. ive owned them for 5+years and theyve always been like this.

the nicest thing about the switches though is that you can set them up so long presses turn on other wemo lights. so if you have a (non dimmer) wall switch, a long press of that can turn on this outdoor plug.

this is a decent price though.

I would avoid Wemo switches. The whole system including the app is buggy. There are times when the switch no more becomes visible in the app. And you have to go through the entire reset and setup process to make them work again.

Just checked for outdoor smart plugs in amazon -- the Kasa Outdoor Smart Plug with two, individually controlled outlets (new version) is $19.99, down from $24.99,

Do not give $ to Belkin. Wemos are junk. I have bought into them early on and they kept getting worse and worse. Constant loss of connection even after resets after resets. They shut down their community forum after too many user complaints. I now have hundreds $ worth of useless Belking Wemo switches laying around. My $5 generic switches are 100% reliable and much better than Belkin. DO NOT BUY BELKIN.

Have some WeMo plugs and the connectivity is trash. Bought some Kasa plugs and never going back to Wemo.

WeMo products are very moody when used with Apple HomeKit. I've had better results with Meross and they often have discounts on Amazon.
