I've got one of these (actually, the platinum version, but they have the same power limit) powering my 3090, so a 3080 should be no problem.

Specs skylake [email protected] and a 2060 non-super with a pretty big computer 5hdd etc in there.
Upgrading whenever its not crazy probably amd 8core and 3080class (next year)
Might also combine 3 of the hdd into 1 12TB'er as well Some say 850w min for 3080?
NVidia recommends a 750 watt for the 3080 so you'd be good here. Seasonic makes good stuff
