Do all Milwaukee contractor bags have faulty zippers? And has HD ever sent you the wrong Milwaukee kit?

I recently bought several Milwaukee M12 Fuel combo kits from HD, and they all came with the same kind of contractor bag. And in every case the zipper got stuck around an inch or two from the fully closed position, and I had to kind of straighten and flatten it to get it to open.
The first time it slightly tore the zipper fabric where it got stuck, so I was more careful with the other bags. Is this pretty much a design flaw that affects all of this type of bag? It's otherwise a pretty nice bag, thick material, outer pockets, pretty rugged, not too big or small.
Btw, different question but also regarding Milwaukee and HD. Have you ever ordered a Milwaukee combo kit online from HD and got the wrong kit? This just happened to me. I ordered the M12 3/8" impact wrench + 3Ah + 6Ah batteries + charger + case kit for $199 on Cyber Monday (well, technically, I ordered it on Tuesday), along with an M12 3Ah + 6Ah batteries + charger + case kit for $89 on CM, and instead got 2 of the battery kits instead of an impact kit + battery kit.
Now how do I prove to them that I got the wrong kit? Would I have to bring both kits to a store to prove this to them so they swap one of them for the impact kit?
These are the kits I'm referring to:
Battery Kit: https://www.homedepot.c om/p/Milwa.../317612377
Impact Kit: https://www.homedepot.c om/p/Milwa.../318100936
Oh, and if you're thinking of getting an M12 3/8" impact wrench kit, while that $199 deal is gone, this one's not too bad, albeit $20 more and with less powerful batteries:

Take what you received to a store with receipts.
Contact Milwaukee directly regarding the bag(s). You may get new ones and get to keep what you received.

And I'll first call CS to see if I can avoid doing this in a store, but my guess is that they'll want me to bring them to a store to prove what happened. That's ok. Several nearby and I need to return something else anyway.
As for the bags, I'm sure they'll send me new ones, but if it's a design flaw I'll just end up with yet more faulty bags. Just wondering if others had the same issue.
Thought they had screwed up the order as I had placed 2 separate orders for 2 different bundles , but recieved the other order on Saturday.
