Reset my advertising ID under FireTV settings and got the ad in about 30 mins.

Settings (gear icon) -> Preferences -> Privacy Settings -> Your Advertising ID

Note: "Your Advertising ID" only appears when "Interest-based Ads" is turned on.

Mine wasn't on the main Firestick splash screen yet. I found it when I went into the FIND section and looking at my Amazon content.

I got the banner and watched the comercial..

You have to toggle in and out of your home screen and you'll eventually see the Coca-Cola banner to watch the 30 second commercial...

Thanks, got the ad instantly after enabling Internet Based Ads and resetting advertising ID.

Thank you for those that posted about resetting the id, got the coca cola ad as one of the screen saver images about 10 minutes after resetting, watched a one minute commercial, got a confirmation screen for $5 credit. Glad it's not a prime only offer, I ended my prime membership last week

On my Amazon Fire Stick UI I got a sliding ad for "Watch coca-cola commercial and get $5 credit" Click and watch a 20 second ad and I got a 5$ credit.

I could not find the ad but decided to try restarting the fire stick by unplugging it then plugging it back in and the ad popped up
