I was trying to pay with applepay and it kept giving me a "Verify Contact Information" error. I checked and everything looked correct and it wouldn't go through.

Turns out, if your number on the apple pay account is 1 (xxx) xxx-xxxx, you may get some issues. I dropped the "1" prefix so I only have (xxx) xxx-xxxx and it went through after that.

Just wanted to share in case others had the same issue.

I waited 2 hours to go from 224 to 124 and my son accidentally hung up the phone.
Now I am 1 hour 20 min into the call went from about 220+ to 102 ....
Maybe I should keep hanging up and calling back - moving up seems to speed up lol

yea chat just tells you to call - call tells you to use chat -

what kind of nonsense is this. why can't you leave a call-back number.

This is what I found when I "chatted" with the bot:

I bought a sweater online and was able to return it in a Columbia store but this was a few years ago. It sounds like from the chat that you can still do it though.

Pretty much the same but one day they turned on the callback feature. Called at 830am and they called me back at 10pm when I was at the bar and lost the call. Now I'm being told I can't return this item because of PayPal?

The reason it got ordered accidentally was PayPal days you can review your purchase but lies and sends it through anyway

F- 0/10 customer service. I hate them so much

Anyone else getting 6 dollar shipping when going through Apple Pay for the apres arson even though it says free shipping in the summary prior to going through Apple Pay? Wasn't the case when I initially bought the blizzard fighter…

Edit: never mind, Apple Pay shows the shipping fee and then adds -6 dollars to the discount section, ending up to be the same price.
