Some people always complain in deal threads and reference old deals that were better but currently expired. I was simply making a light-hearted preemptive comment. There was zero malice intended. Hence the joke about a time machine. I even added in a friendly "Happy Holidays" at the end. Take your attitude somewhere else.

I ask because it says, "Update 2021-12-06: I have a happy (and hopefully final) update to share: Apple unblocked my account.
I received a call from Isabela with Apple's Corporate Executive Relations, who explained that my account was blocked in error "because of a glitch" affecting more than a few users. She said they're working with engineering to fix the problem."
