Can't claim Steam. It says it's free but no buy button? Note I got a 404 on your epic game store link. It's still there just have to search for it.

There's a difference between temporarily priced at Free, and permanently Free. When a game really is Free, you can add it to your catalog in Steam from the item page (like Call of Juarez last week).

When it's on temporarily sale as Free, you can't add it your catalog collection, only download it. They can change it back to costing anytime in this case
