Larger, prettier screen
64 GB of storage instead of 32 GB. (Neither is a lot. If you go digital, a microSD card is in your future.)

* Better battery life if you have the original run of the Switch. Hardware from 2019 and later has the same battery life.
None of those are groundbreaking. And if you play mainly docked, there is even less benefit.
I personally upgraded because I plan to trade in my regular Switch for $220+. So for $130 I get all the benefits above, plus new hardware that doesn't have 2 years of usage.
