Would be really nice for some bedside cold water, but yeah quality looks disappointing based in reviews.

Remember this cools based on a difference from ambient temperature. If your space in the summer is kept around 72 you can expect cold drinks (but not borderline ice cold)

I've got two of these things. The frigidaire works well, and is the cooler of the two, temp wise. It should be mentioned though, that they put off a fair amount of heat and fan noise in a small room. Think large gaming desktop pc on both counts.

Would this be good for canibus storage?

Edit:

Read some reviews. I saw a few mention that the manual says it that you need to let it rest every 48 hours. What ever that means. There's no more dislikes, so who knows. Thanks YouTube.

Also, at 12ยข kilowatt hour, the annual cost to run this is close to $50 assuming that this uses 45 watts.

These things are really small. Just wide enough for two cans to sit side by side and tall enough for one can with just enough room to lay another can on its side above it.

These were a part of the "Black Friday" deals and plenty were left behind. They moved them into clearance at the Walmart closest to my work but never actually marked them down. But it got people to start buying them thinking they were marked down. I just don't think it's that great of a deal. If I'm not mistaken, they are this price, or maybe around $30, normally. I know my wife shared a Facebook Marketplace posting of one of these saying she wanted one, but they wanted $30 saying they were $60 which I knew wasn't true (unless they bought them somewhere like Kohl's). I thought about getting one just to keep a few snacks and drinks in the bedroom. I didn't think about using it at work to keep some lunch meat or drinks. But I feel it's just too small. I do like that it has a plug for the car, so could see it useful to keep things cool on a trip. But I keep going they might mark them down some more.

Yes it would as long as the ambient temperature isn't too high.
