I have gigabit at $79.99. Out of curiosity I login. Verizon offers to "upgrade" me to 200Mbps for an extra $25/mo

I am an existing 200/200 customer and I received this offer. I don't game or anything , is the speed difference noticeable? I get 400/400 at work and I really can't tel any difference on phone.

You will notice the difference if you have multiple people streaming 4K and downloading large files. The interesting title got me to click.

I chatted twice and they told me I am not eligible. I guess it's a glitch. Although, received the offer yesterday and I can see the big banner on my account landing page. Keep us posted, please

I have verizon wireless unlimited and I wish after upgrading to Gigabyte plan I can have $20 off on my wireless bill. I was told only new unlimited plan is qualify for the $20 additional discount.

Surprisingly, i got this deal in NYC. My old 50/50 plan was up and was offered this gigabit deal. Had to chat with customer service tho, nothing came up on the web. Fios customer for 8 yrs...

Thanks! Another $16 to go from 200 to this is a no brainer. I like that there's no more router rental fee.
