I had trouble finding the Energy Star label on Costco's site. Looks like the annual energy use is set at 328 kWh/year.

Good luck!

Is 328 kWh/year energy consumption considered good or bad?

The good news is that it isn't bad as it beats the Energy Star standard for this size (365 kWh/year per the PDF I shared). The trickier part, which is always true for compact/secondary refrigerators, is what this suggests about the cost of operation over its life.

With US rates typically between $0.10 and $0.20 for a kWh, running this $150 refrigerator will cost you between $33 and $66 a year. This is the cost that typically keeps me from installing a convenience refrigerator.

Good luck!
