Plastic place makes some very nice bags for simple human trash cans. Just a heads up.

I just bought this recently at the non-sale price and even though I thought it was crazy at the time to spend so much on a simple (ha! See what I did there??) drying rack, I'm almost embarrassed to admit it was worth it. It's sturdy, doesn't rust, has lots of space, and doesn't spill water at all.

Thanks for the post. I'm gonna look into getting a price match refund.

just let you know fyi simple human doesn't have any on call customer support if you wanna call regarding any of their products support.
the only way is through raise a ticket or email, and the way email conversation goes with them is rude.
buy it experience it and enjoy it.
i had worst automatic simple human dispensers customer support experience for almost two years, even you buy from costco the only thing you can do is return don't expect something positive gonna happen from simple human company

Have this minus the caddy and yes it's expensive for a dish rack but was the best option I could find. There is a KitchenAid one that is similar but had some negative reviews at the time I purchased. I would buy this again.

Simplehuman stuff is expensive but high quality. If I didn't have a dishwasher, I'd buy this.

I have a similar dish rack from simplehuman that I purchased 3-4 years ago. Expensive, but well worth it. Drains well, no rust. I also have many of their trash cans. The oldest is probably 7-8 years old. I believe that one is 55 liters. I.e. a little bigger than 13 gallons. I used to buy Glad forceflex 13 gallon bags, but in the past few years the bags started to rip when trying to stretch them into the trash can. (Made in China?) Then I purchased the simplehuman trash bags, again pretty expensive, but super duper tough. Much stronger than Glad forceflex. As one can tell, I am a huge simplehuman fan. Buy quality, lasts longer.

it's a good design, I have simple human and water in WA is 25ppm but the rack is showing a hint of rust in many nooks and corners. which I am not too happy about after spending 89 or so a couple of years back.

Good price. I have the same one for a few years. It works well except mold grows in the drain pan. If I would buy it again, i may choose the smaller one. The bigger one on countertop is a kind of eyesore.

$70 is ridiculous.

The $25 polder rack from Costco has held up for 4 tears. The plastic drip tray cracked but support shipped me out new parts no questions asked no receipt needed

The issue that I have with this one is the water diversion feature. If you have a flush sink or flat surface it's great, but if you have a raised sink then the water will get all over the counter.
