Bought a few airtag keychains for a total of $85 on 12/14, today my Amex account shows the Verizon offer for $75 was redeemed. I never did get the Amex e-mail saying that I triggered the offer.

This is concerning. Bought $75 gc last night and just received shipping notification saying 'Items Shipped Phone number you're transferringXXX-XXX-XXXX'. Also, no offer triggered email notice like everybody else.

As per what I understand:
1. amex offers related credits are...based on what is charged to the card. That means - inclusive of taxes, whatever the merchant charges.

2. For Cashback sites - it is the pre-tax total that acts as the reference for the cashback amount calculation.

Oh gosh...shipped by USPS? I had a package shipped to me by USPS Priority Mail from someone who lived 5 miles away and it took 1 week to get to me. Bring back the Pony Express...they would be faster.

If I make a second purchase for >$75 and then refund the first purchase, does anyone know if that would affect eligibility for this offer? Is it linked to a specific purchase, or to an amount spent within a statement / eligibility period?

did the number being transferred end in 3158. If so its seem like a generic email

I bought the Apple MagSafe wallet and a couple 3.5mm lightning adapters. I got the "Great news! You recently used your Amex Offer at VERIZON WIRELESS" email immediately. For now it still works with accessories on the personal Verizon page.
