This is a TB 3 dock, not a USB C dock. A lot of misinformation here.
Edit 2: Found some photos of the box which lists full specs (see attached)
Edit:
We have the full video-out specs courtesy of CrispyBacon further in the comments: https://slickdeals.net/f/15504160-elgato-thunderbolt-3-docking-station-costco-120?p=152187640
I'm still wary of quality (reviews not great, reports of duds, plus being a discontinued product). Does anyone know if Costco return period is just 90 days on this like computers? I don't see this product class explicitly excluded in policy. Worth buying if Costco would offer returns further down the road in case of issues.
Old comment:
60Hz 4k out on DisplayPort (v1.2)
Not sure on display-out spec for additional TB3 outputs, will update when find it (only resolution given in marketing - 5k), comments below say they'll do 4k60Hz as well.

It says:
"Drive up to two additional displays without compromising on stunning 4K resolution, and keep your devices connected with three SuperSpeed USB 3.0 ports. Experience increased network performance with built-in Gigabit Ethernet. And enjoy crystal-clear conference calls through the separate microphone input and amplified audio output.
*While this product is compatible with M1 MacBooks, only a single additional display is supported for the following systems: 2020 M1 MacBook Pro, 2020 M1 MacBook Air, 2020 M1 Mac Mini"
How do you "drive" the 2nd display? Connect it directly to the Mac?

DisplayPort is v1.2 only
2 additional TB3 ports are HDMI 1.4b capable (with adapters)
Not so bueno

It has 2xThunderbolt 3 (usb-c interface) ports, 1 connects to your laptop, the other to your second monitor.

One major set back on MacOS is that there is software and it requires an action to eject the dock. This seems to matter most when USB storage is plugged in.

Yes, a properly designed Thunderbolt 3 or Thunderbolt 4 hub (nearly identical) is miles better than any USB-C hub. The USB-C hub will be designed to work from 10Gbps throughput. The TB hubs, from 40GBps. It's a huge difference. TB3/TB4 hubs will support 4K/60Hz across multiple monitors. USB-C hubs will support 4K/30Hz. TB3/TB4 hugs will typically support one or more USB 3.1 rev 2 downstream ports (10Gbps), whereas the USB-C hubs only support USB 3.1 rev 1 (5Gbps).
The OP hub looks pretty ghetto for a TB3 hub. But it's better than that UGREEN USB-C hub someone else posted--assuming you have a TB3 or TB4 port. If you only have USB-C, then, yeah, don't waste the money on this.
