Never heard of brand nor their retail store. Upon googling, only bad reviews. Strict returns, store credit only, no shared credit between the brick and mortar store and online store. I'd rather buy from patagonia, OR, MH, etc or a retailer like REI or Moosejaw.

They're basically the New England equivalent of REI that never went national. I've never had a bad experience, but my sample size is myself.

I've bought several times from them with no issues. They sell major brands along with their own EMS branded items. Similar to REI as the other poster mentioned.

Edit: just don't expect EMS branded items to compete with higher end products.

i brought an ems jacket once they used crappy zipper. maybe i had a bad batch but there is really no point getting them.. moutain hardwear when sale is way better
