Includes battery - make sure you pick the correct option button.
I do not believe it includes a charger, but if you already have Hart 20v...GREAT DEAL.
According to Hart's website, this model number includes :
WHATS IN THE BOX?
4 1/2" Angle Grinder
Auxiliary
Type 27 Grinding Guard
Type 27 Grinding Wheel
Spanner Wrench
Operator's Manual
(1) 20V Lithium-ion Battery

this tool is $50 with the battery. Those other tools aren't ever even clearanced for that price.
Wonder why that is.
Good deal if you're in the Hart line, but a brushed angle grinder wouldn't be my first cordless tool. It will last less than 10 minutes cutting(w/ 4ah, less when grinding) which is comparable to all the cordless angle grinders(w/ 4ah, Dewalt 20v flexvolt lasts 2-4 minutes longer), but won't have the rpm/torque to get half the total cuts that a Dewalt/Makita/Milwaukee can.
Cool if you have multiple chargers and batteries, but <10 minutes cut time with 1.5-2.5 hour charge times for a 4ah.
Dewalt/Milwaukee/Makita can charge that same 4ah(or two 4ah at the same time) in 45 minutes or less.
Hart really needs a multi port fast charger that is at least 4amp(6amp would be awesome) and simultaneous charging. And please stop giving out the POS 1.5amp chargers Hart. The 2 amps are similar style/size and they probably cost pennies more to make.

It'd be nice if everything were as good as the top tier brands, but generally, HART stuff is half the price or less. Something has to give.
I'm viewing it as a $30 battery and a $20 grinder throw in (or less if I get a charger).
Wonder why that is.

Tool alone usually sells for $89.

I got a new Makita brushless impact driver/hammer drill/2x 4ah batteries/rapid charger kit for free.
And a couple hundred people also got their kit(s) for free.
Anyways, I already said it was a good deal/value.
To reemphasize my point, my issue with Hart is that the 90 minute charge time(3amp output is the fastest currently) and 10 minute run time can't be remedied by a faster charger because they don't produce chargers with 6amp/8amp outputs and none that can charge more than 1 battery at a time.
And for those 10 minutes, you will be doing 2-3x less work for 1/3rd the cost of a Dewalt+battery ($140+tax).
With their brushless model doing close to 2x less work than the Dewalt+battery.
You will physically be working longer with the Hart AND waiting longer on the Hart to charge.
Only solution for equal runtime of the big 3 is 2-3x the batteries and/or 2-3x the chargers and outlets needed. If you are not using high wattage tools daily, then a person should have no problems. But if you look at reviews, common issues is runtime and/or charge times. Which may not be important to you, but to others it may.
Edit: downvote if you want but that won't change facts haha
