18 It's probably fine but they make 16 which is faster. It's unlikely to be noticeable. If you can change it to 16 and get the discount it would be worth it.

If you're using Ryzen (AMD) I would suggest CL16 or lower but with Intel I don't think it matters as much. 3600 CL 16 kits go on sale for ~$70 but in the long term that $ is pretty negligible. Generally with lower latency you get a better binned die as well.

Definitely noticeable. 3600 cl18 is the exact same as 3200 cl16. Can get the 3200 cl16 for cheaper. Or real 3600 and gain 10 fps. This is just a marketing scheme to take advantage of people that won't notice.
