After getting it for free the last couple of years, that link only shows $20 off. Bummer!
UPDATE: Nvm! I see it on the summary page after refreshing a couple of times.
How to download instead of online version?
UPDATE: Figured out how to download. After logging in, I reopened the Fidelity link, on the top menu goto file your taxes, cd/download, compare products, and the premier should be $0. Had to try this several times but finally got the download version.
Ah bummer, I don't see it anywhere in my account. Only the $20 offer.
If you use the ONLINE version of this Premier promo, both Federal and State e-file will be FREE.
However, if you do the DOWNLOAD route, the Federal e-file is free, and you get one State download, but the STATE E-FILE is NOT FREE. The State E-file is based on the date that you e-file ($20 if you file earlier, but $25 as you get closer to the deadline) (the exception is New York state, where there is no state e-file fee).
Just wanted everyone to know.
I'll still be doing the Download route (like I did last year), as it is more comprehensive, and will just have to stomach the additional State e-file fee. I paid $25 in April.
Also, if you need multiple states, all are (or at least were) free with the online version. If you use the download version, you'll pay an extra $30-40 per extra state PLUS e-file.
Fortunately, e-file is free for NY residents. One of the few odd laws here that are good for consumers.
Use creditkarma tax. Usually tax based software helps you prepare federal only to charge you for state. Creditkarma tax is free state and federal efile.

credit karma sold their tax software to cash app. No idea what it'll look like this year.
