No no it not like that. I mean it is better than MSRP at the moment however it still an expensive deal (for some).
Personally I am just hoping for sub $649.99 because I'm looking for this one and I don't mind waiting because I'm WFH and there are plenty of choices for me to choose from; kick scooter, e escooter, mini e bike, and the likes. These are all in different price point with trade off and value. The problem is that there aren't too many decent options, value-wise. (Jetson Bolt Pro for $350? No way. GLP30 for $650? No way. A6 scooter by Razor for $100? Ok but OOS ) more waiting I guess.

Specs seems a little sad for that price. No suspension, only 350 watts. You're paying for a fat battery and nothing more, basically. You'd be having a lot more fun with a Uscooter $ equivalent or a bunch of other brands.

I got a bolt pro refurb B for like $245 after tax off their site when there was a sale, for that price it's been quite fine. I had previously bought a refurb B Jetson Bolt basic for $200 -10% + tax like a year ago. Both arrived looking great and working fine, I assume they were B's due to minor imperfections in the paintjob, but the paintjob was still much better than alot of sub $1000 ebikes I've seen. My Lectric XP had a 4/10 paintjob. I sold the bolt basic and really regret it. Sold the Lectric Xp for a small profit because I needed the cash back. Still have a use the Bolt Pro sometimes.
If you haunt CL you can get lucky with used scooters, if you are very patient. Got a uscooter booster sport for $200 and a genuine Xiaomi m365 for $110 last year, both from very nice original owners. Sadly most Ebike and Scooter owners try to resell for like 90% of what they paid and you have to wade through all of them.

Why no GLP30? I'd prefer to get one under 650, but seems like a good scooter.
25 miles versus 40 miles. It makes a big difference in most terrains. Not every surface of terrains is flat.
More miles is better for justifying commanding price tag. $1000 price tag for example is big for me to accept knowing it will not be used 100% of the time.

Wow. Not gonna lie. $200 for basic Jetson bolt at the time was (and still is) a steal and admittedly unwise to get rid of (it makes sense for emergency and not to fall into remorse for example)
