If the offer is showing in your PayPal wallet then the discount will come off from the paypal side and you won't see it on the instacart site.

I added the code into my Instacart and it lists it there. Interesting enough, the terms don't say I have to use PayPal after it was added into my cart. I assume I will have to though I have some gift card credits too.

Unfortunately for me Instacart says "This promotion has expired" when I tried to add it to my account, in the "Credits, promos & gift cards" section. I've never used this.

Worked perfectly. This is on desktop, not app.
Created an order, went through checkout to Payment section, changed payment method to Paypal (first time using on Instacart), applied promo code via option under order total on right, instantly reflected savings.
