If the offer is showing in your PayPal wallet then the discount will come off from the paypal side and you won't see it on the instacart site.

They cancel my order because they can't delivery to my home, after the shopper was chatting with me about my order, ask again my address and marked like delivered! They return my money but can I use the promotion again?

If I have the promo in my account saved do I have to worry about the "Limited to 83K redemptions"? Or is it locked in and I can use any time up to expiration without worrying about a redemption limit reached?
