Steps (may vary by device):
  1. Click here and install The Vector Converter
  2. Once installed click the settings icon in the upper right
  3. Click on Promo
  4. Click on Unlock for Free
  5. You will now have Lifetime Pass (normally $9.99)

You must have an internet connection to use this app. Files are immediately deleted from the server after conversion. While the files are immediately deleted after conversion or cancellation, you should be aware that by using this app, you agree that your files will be sent over to internet from the app to the conversion server."🤔

Other apps from Developer appear to have the forever promo at $0.00.

Instead go to the promo in settings and click unlock life time pass for free.
