But on that note, it reminds me of what my manager said about the new CEO changing CVS stores to focus on health & eliminate alot of products on the shelves. And how this will have consequences for employee jobs. Now that CVS is determined to close 300 stores a year, looks like what he said is coming true.

Hi, I see a lot of people use the word "Grace" with some coupons. What does it mean?
I have not shopped at cvs for last 3 years, and feel like a lot has changed since.

Printed coupons that are expired have two days grace period. This is as long as you do not send them to card. These are for cvs coupons that we refer to as crts. Example: coupon expires on 12/19 - last day. Grace period first day is 12/20. Second day grace period is 12/21. There is no third day and beyond.
Printed coupons also shows cpn number, which can help you find out what items attaches to that coupon.
Sent to card (stc) coupons do not have grace period. If you print your coupons and then send them to cards, they will lose their grace period, thus making the printed coupons invalid.

In the past CVS has taken recalled products and issued a refund at the store. No mention of returning product in store on the pantene website.
If anyone is able to return to cvs (or any other store), please post it. I'd rather return it in person than filling out an online form (which has limited refunds without a receipt. I've got 25 cans which are in my stash all from cvs).
