The other benefit is that they don't go into your ear canals. So you can wear all day and not get ear fatigue or discomfort. The way they hold in your ear is you put them in and then do a slight twist which gets them to stick in the outer area of the ear (and not using the ear canal to hold it in). It also comes with multiple ear pieces for better fit but I'm sensitive to large pieces and ear canal devices so I went with the smallest piece.
My Airpods also don't go into the ear canal and they're comfortable but they're much more likely to fall out during motion as they just dangle. My Airpods Pro do go into the ear canal which is why I don't like them as much.
