On the checkout page under the Total/Place your order. There is a "drop down"/arrow that hides the place to enter your code next to: Have Promo Code?

Sadly - it's easy to miss if you're not looking closely.

I edited the grocery part for you. There have been other posts/threads regarding that code. The terms and descriptions refer to grocery, but I personally used it in the past for a wifi router, so Walmart is allowing broader use than described.
