I love this monitor. I ended up getting a newer graphics card right after purchasing it, which would pair better with a 1440P screen, but I didn't have the heart to return this one and it has a permanent place on my desk (mostly in portrait orientation)

Great picture out of the box, stand is A-Tier with solid no wobble construction, height adjustment and swivel to portrait easily)

Been through a lot of 1440p monitors with ghosting and dead pixels. None of that here, as quality control seems top notch.

1080P/120hz with Series X and PS5 (disable freesync in OSD)

It think it will do 120fps at 1080p. I was only able to get 60 fps on 1440p on my S

Can you confirm that this monitor will work in portrait mode? The BB listing doesn't indicate it and neither does the HP website. It was asked in the Q&A section with the BB listing if it could working portrait mode and the answer given was no.

EDIT: nm... saw this video showing that it can tilt to portrait mode: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yN7hss0Q79k

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank SlickyCelerySticks22

Just to add to what has been mentioned, excellent monitor out of the box, no issues whatsoever with light bleed or the need for color calibration. With the Best Buy 4 extended warranty for just alittle extra, its been a super solid purchase for the last year or so of my ownership.

For like $40 more you can get a 27in 1440p 144hz ips 1ms gaming monitor? I don't really think this is a deal for $100 or less it would be
