I was able to find the regular eero wifi 5 devices at Lowes for $76 -- tied them to my Eero Pro system, was super easy
I really like their stuff, I just wish they didn't lock you out of security features without a subscription
Wifi / Speed / Connection / Reliability / and now I find backwards compatibility is top notch
I am sure some of the negative reviews seen for this non pro model, has been resolved with software, I have not seen issues with the system
I also found an option if you have a device ( like a fridge) that is 2.4ghz and probably has a hard time with the 5ghz and 2.4ghz magic this does, you can go to troubleshooting section of app, and Temporarily disable 5GHZ for 15 minutes so the device can attach with 2.4 and then would stay on 2.4 after 5ghz re-enables itself
