For what it's worth....my recent experience with their CS was horrendous.

I couldn't find anything to buy this time. I usually do for their clearance sales. I learned not to buy anything breakable from them because it always shows up broken and it's difficult to get a refund from them. They want you to bring to broken item to their store or pay for return shipping.

Not adding discount after sign in. Even indicates on the product page it should.

Save your money for the upcoming once a year New Year's discount at Dillard's!!! Whee That is, if you're not queued in line and have to wait forever and then all the good stuffs sold out once they let you on the site. That always happens to me. I don't know why they can't fix their servers to handle the traffic! Mad

I used chrome as someone suggested. Not sure if that made a difference or not because discount did not automatically apply even though I was signed in. I had them send a verification code and after putting that in they recognized me. Site is super glitchy but then it worked. Selected in store pickup.can just add enough to get to $29 and return what you don't want. Make sure free shipping reflects before placing order because it kept switching back for me. With patience I got it to work.

Tried Safari, Chrome, and app. 4 different pairs of clearance shoes. No discount at checkout so aborted. How did anyone get it to work at all?
